Using QRSwivo
You are responsible for destinations you create and for maintaining authority to link to them. Use only public HTTP or HTTPS destinations and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Do not publish confidential information in a public link, QR name, description, or abuse report.
Management access
Anyone with a guest management credential can administer that code. Keep it private and make a safe backup. A lost unclaimed credential may mean permanent loss of edit access. Account owners must protect their passwords and sessions. Ownership transfer requires a valid guest credential and revokes it after transfer.
Service availability
Core tools are free and codes have no automatic expiration, but hosting depends on available infrastructure and the original hostname remaining operational. Abuse prevention, capacity constraints, outages, and moderation may restrict access. No promise of unlimited physical resources or guaranteed uptime is made.
Operator decisions still needed
The operator must finalize the contracting identity, applicable jurisdiction, eligibility and age rules, dispute handling, liability language, termination process, and policy-change notices. The operator’s location does not by itself settle which laws apply to every user. Do not rely on this draft as legal advice or an executed service agreement.
