QRSwivo · TRUST & CLARITY

Acceptable use policy — review draft

Create useful connections. Do not use QRSwivo to mislead or harm people.

Prohibited destinations and behavior

Do not use the service for phishing, credential theft, malware, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, child sexual abuse or exploitation, threats, hate, harassment, spam, or infringement. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security checks, account authorization, or destination restrictions. Do not use QRSwivo to disguise access to private administrative resources. Owners remain responsible for a destination after every edit, not just when a code is created.

Safety measures

The service restricts URL protocols and destination formats, applies rate limits and production bot verification, and supports abuse reports and administrator review. URL validation is not a malware scanner. Codes may be blocked following review; operators should use the recorded audit trail and establish a fair appeal procedure.

Reporting and appeals

Submit the public QR identifier through Report abuse with a clear explanation. Reports are saved for administrator review and do not automatically block a code. To request reconsideration of a restriction, contact Hamza using the Contact page with the public QR ID and an explanation. Never include a private management credential. No response time is promised. The operator still needs to finalize moderation staffing and legal request procedures.
